Cleveland area restoration Projects reach beyond the city Limits.
There's no question that Cleveland's surging revival marks an exciting time for the residents of our cherished city. The team at Southwest Companies, Inc. recently put their artistry to work rejuvenating eight Cleveland Metroparks locations:
- The Clubhouse at Sleepy Hollow, Brecksville
- Shawnee Hills Clubhouse, Bedford
- Emerald Necklace Marina, Rocky River
- The Chalet, Strongsville
- Euclid Creek Reservation, Euclid
- Harriet Keeler Memorial Picnic Area, Brecksville
- Timberlane Farms, North Royalton
- Bedford Reservation Maintenance Buildings, Bedford
These structures across Cuyahoga county underwent a thorough restoration conservation process.
"We pressure washed them, replaced broken pieces of wood and other building material, caulked any voids and holes, and of course primed and painted, preserving the integrity of each one of the locations," explains Eric Mikals, Sales and Project Manager for Southwest Companies.
The property restoration company also handled multiple roofing projects for the reservation, helping to sustain the iconic nature centers, golf courses, horse stables, and recreation areas.
"The residents here cherish these Metroparks. We wanted to preserve the locations for generations to come, allowing families and residents to continue utilizing these beloved spots in the future," Eric beams.
True to the Southwest Companies approach of authentic connections and trusted professional relationships, Eric goes on to explain that "It was truly a pleasure doing business with the Metroparks" after working with the reservation's dedicated leaders and employees.
The beloved Cleveland Metroparks is just one of many projects in the company's lasting commitment to their hometown. Thanks to their extensive history in preservation, the work was expertly carried out for smooth, successful results.
