We'll be spending time at The Berkshire Condominiums in Lakewood pressure washing the entire exterior, grinding out and removing deteriorated mortar joints and brick, replacing mortar joints and brick to match existing, and removing and replacing all caulk joints located around windows, AC Units and Control Joints.
We'll also be applying an exterior sealer to reduce building deterioration from the extreme Cleveland weather.
