We're Hiring A Personal Assistant

We are actively seeking a reliable Administrative Office Assistant and offering competitive wages!

Details for the position are as follows:

  • Full Time (8AM - 5PM, Monday-Friday; some overtime as necessary)

  • Must have reliable transportation and timely attendance

  • Must be willing to learn - take direction - and be an expert listener

Dutifully complete routine tasks such as:

  • Create and maintain company data through QuickBooks

  • Submit payroll

  • Typing quotes

  • Typing/Sending emails

  • Printing/copying work orders

  • Personal requests - including running errands

  • Resourceful and adaptable - works to get the job done even without full instructions

  • Smartphone experience

  • Internet savvy - knows how to leverage Google

  • Capable of working in a fast-paced, demanding environment

  • Assisting office manager when not busy
